Veteran Administration's Goals

In 2010 the Veterans Administration announced that they wanted to eliminate veteran homelessness by 2015, and that’s next year. The Department of Housing and Urban Development has recently said that it plans to eliminate chronic homelessness by 2016, and that’s in just two years. Both of these are worthy goals that will probably not be achieved, but that’s not the point. The point is that we all need goals that will stretch us and enable us to achieve results that we never thought that we could possibly do when we set them.
